No experience is needed to fish or camp - just a helpful, friendly cooperative attitude. YOU cannot fish in California without a license - i.e. day or annual (Jan-Dec - purchased on line/Dept of Fish and Game or one of the Sports entities - some Lakes and/or some Sports stores).
